Splatoon 3's brewing something.
Not a single Splatoon game has released without a Global Testfire, they are literally part of the development process.
NintendObs Daily. Thursday, April 7.
In some minor but perceivable ways, Splatoon 3 is currently preparing the terrain for the remainder of its promotional campaign. A couple of days ago, it was via a recap of the series' basics on the recently dispatched Splatoon North America Twitter. Then today, the official webpage for Splatoon 3 launched in Japan, also summing up the story so far. As a reminder, at this time Splatoon 3 in every Nintendo Direct since its reveal has presented one by one its PvP multiplayer (the core of the experience), its single player mode ("Return of the Mammalians") and its PvE multiplayer ("Salmon Run Next Wave"), thus covering all the main features established in its prequel to demonstrate how this sequel individually takes them to the next level. With all these announcements in place, it now appears Splatoon 3 wants to see them duly communicated before presenting what's entirely new given how launch this Summer 2022 is looming closer day by day.
