On Marios and Zeldas, and Nintendo.
Nintendo is now a legitimate conglomerate in the world of gaming.
NintendObs Daily. Wednesday, August 4.
Tomorrow, Nintendo is scheduled to announce their latest numbers for the Nintendo Switch business as of June 30, so I thought about reflecting on what Nintendo is at this current time. Looking at them now, Nintendo is a lot more than just Marios and Zeldas. That doesn't only account for their other productions, some nearly as well-known and some just as obscure, but also for the exclusives they cater, console-wise at the very least, from Astral Chain, Monster Hunter Rise, Bravely Default II, Octopath Traveler to games like Fitness Boxing 2 Rhythm & Exercise or DC Super Hero Girls Teen Power. Far from the Wii U days and even from the Wii days prior, Nintendo is now a legitimate conglomerate in the world of gaming, just like Ubisoft and Activision Blizzard, or dare I say Sony and Microsoft.
