Nintendo Switch now with Bluetooth Audio.
A wired connection via the headphone jack is no longer required to enjoy your on-the-go sessions to the fullest.
NintendObs Daily. Wednesday, September 15.
We've been asking for this since day one. And now more than four years later, it is finally here. The latest firmware update 13.0.0 for Nintendo Switch is here, bringing among other features the possibility to connect Bluetooth peripherals for in-game audio, be they speakers or headphones. Therefore, a wired connection via the headphone jack is no longer required to enjoy your on-the-go sessions to the fullest. You can now fight these bosses in the train wirelessly without worrying about cranking the volume to the max. I'll never forget having to lower the sound when facing Jena Anderson in Astral Chain once more because someone in the commute couldn't handle the epic music.
