Monster Hunter Rise selling like hot cakes.
Capcom's initiative of returning to Nintendo with their latest Monster Hunter projects is now certifiably successful.
NintendObs Daily. Friday, April 2.
On Monday, Capcom announced it had shipped four million copies of Monster Hunter Rise worldwide in just three days. Well, the numbers for the week have just dropped in Japan with Famitsu revealing that the game sold 1,302,132 units through to Japanese customers during that three-day period, meaning much to my surprise the game sold roughly twice that amount in the West simultaneously. Granted, shipped and sold, sell-in and sell-through are two distinct things, but at time of posting that four million figure has undeniably been surpassed in sell-through numbers and continues to rise. Capcom's initiative of returning to Nintendo with their latest Monster Hunter projects is now certifiably successful.
