Now that the news has subsided comes the right time to look at it with a level head. On Tuesday, Microsoft announced they have agreed to acquire Activision Blizzard. Simultaneously, Microsoft also unveiled a restructure of their videogame division, with Phil Spencer now appointed as CEO of Microsoft Gaming. While the deal is currently in process, this follows Xbox's move of purchasing Bethesda by acquiring ZeniMax Media in September 2020. And since we're speaking Microsoft operations, Banjo-Kazooie is coming to Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack on January 20.
