Let's talk about performance.
How many major third-party games out there, currently on Nintendo Switch already, could use a little bit of performance boost?
NintendObs Daily. Monday, April 19.
On March 30, Fortnite brought a major update to Nintendo Switch axed around three points: improved resolution, consistent framerate, and smaller game size. That's a noticeably better performance for the game on Nintendo's hardware, with fewer resources, "upgrading the renderer on the Nintendo Switch to make better use of the console's GPU." You know what that means? It means that for nearly three years now, the game was never fully optimized for Nintendo Switch to begin with. So it is only now that the Nintendo Switch version of the game generates a sizeable portion of its revenue and is set to do so for the foreseeable future that Epic agreed to make it a better experience for their Nintendo customers.
