It's the turning point of the Fire Emblem smartphone title's latest yearly story, and a juncture with reveals five years in the making. Fire Emblem Heroes launched in 2017 on the backdrop of the clash between the nations of Askr (lead by Alphonse) and Embla (lead by Veronica), each meant to be overseen by their respective eponymous god and goddess we had never seen before. In fact, it is only since last year during Book V that a trend began in presenting — while making playable — anthropomorphic forms of Fire Emblem Heroes national gods, starting with Nifl and then with Múspell, both of whom warring in the second yearly story of the game. Now, as part of the ongoing narrative, players get to meet for the first time the entities they've heard so much about since Fire Emblem Heroes launched, here making their grand entrance in glorious and melodious CGI.
